Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe Bananas ~350 g
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar 200 g
  • 6 tbsp Melted Unsalted Butter 90 g
  • 1 Large Egg room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5 ml
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda 5 gr
  • ¼ tsp Salt 0.75 g
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • °Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C).
    °Prepare the Bananas: In a mixing bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas until smooth.
    °Add Butter: Stir in the melted unsalted butter until combined.
    °Mix in Sugar: Add the 1 cup of granulated sugar and mix well.
    °Incorporate Egg and Vanilla: Add the large egg and 1 tsp of vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
    °Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the baking soda, salt, and any flour if you’re adding it (note: flour was missing from the original ingredient list; please ensure you add it for proper texture).
    °Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring gently with a spatula until just combined.
    °Add Chocolate Chips and Walnuts: Fold in the 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.
    °Pour into Pan: Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
    °Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
